Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY and influenced by his West Indian heritage Chef Drew is no stranger to a wide range of flavors and cuisines of cultures from around the world right in his backyard living in the world’s largest melting pot.

Drew’s curiosity for cooking started when he was a child assisting his mother and grandmother in the kitchen to prepare dinner for the holidays. He loved the way the food brought his family together, and uses that same feeling as his inspiration behind every dish he makes today.

I understand that people eat with their eyes first so I think about how vibrant colors will show up on a plate through the sauces and garnish. I obsess over the contrast of textures in each bite, and of course the balance of whimsical ingredients that’ll take your palette on a flavor journey.
